Exposing some testing and manufacting process

These are brilliant little peaks behind the scenes of the manufacturing and testing a product. Very few people get to see this, or realize it happens. It's a great way to communicate to the customer "how much we care".

The first video has over 30K views in 1 day.

I remember being somewhat awestruck by the tools and methods used to test our hardware. I think sharing some of that is wonderful...

Similarly, exposing "limited edition" concept art work for early adopters is another way to do this. Show them a little bit of the creative process behind the products they use.

Email push notifications indeed possible

If you don't use an RSS reader, it looks like you can do push emails. Let me know if you want me to set that up for you.

Welcome to our Group Project Blog!

To coordinate many parallel streams of case study research related to our CRM project (as well as get in to the spirit of using social media tools), we'll try to use this blog to post finding and organize discussions.

It's very helpful if you have an RSS reader, so updates are pushed to you. There may be a way to setup email notications, if you don't habitually check an RSS reader.
